For safety reasons, we have an age limit of 10 years and above for SUP Yoga. This ensures that all participants have the necessary physical strength and coordination to fully enjoy the class.
Our classes are conducted in small groups, with a maximum of 8 boards available per session. This allows for personalized attention and guidance from me, ensuring that you receive the support you need to make the most of your experience.
